Originally aired on 2/11/22.
Independent bike fitters and shop-based fitting programs provide a vital role in the success of the local bike shop. Not only can it bring needed additional revenue, but it also improves the overall cycling experience, reduces the risk of injury, and helps add to the customer journey. Join us monthly for an in-depth conversation around the “why” of fit, how to get started, maximize profitability, and create a customer-centric experience. Retailers are encouraged to send questions ahead of time to panel members to be addressed during the event. Otherwise, bring questions and insight to add to this open conversation roundtable event.
