From My Garage to Yours — Let’s Connect

After more than 35 years in the bicycle industry—including many years working with Giant—I’ve had the privilege of meeting and learning from retailers all across the country and around the world. Over the past month, in my new role with the NBDA, I’ve been working closely with shops in a way that’s been profoundly impactful.

I’ve seen firsthand how complex and demanding the retail environment is today. Profitability is a challenge, and the pressure is real, but I’ve also seen something powerful: retailers supporting retailers through the NBDA’s P2 Program. It’s been eye-opening. The collaboration, the shared insights, the real-world solutions—it’s clear that when we work together, we raise the whole industry.

Through my work with P2, I’m learning a lot, and I’ll be sharing more in the coming weeks and months. In the meantime, however, I’d love to hear from you.
