NBDA and QBP Unite to Bolster Retailer Success and Profitability

As part of QBP’s support, they will team up with the NBDA to host four “super seminars” throughout 2025, exclusively for P2 Program members. These seminars will offer valuable training and resources to help retailers improve their operations and increase their profitability.

2025 Super Seminar Dates:

  • February 7th, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM EST
  • June 6th, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM EST
  • September 5th, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM EST
  • November 7th, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM EST

The seminars will provide insights into best practices for inventory management, service department optimization, staff training, and more.

Driving Retailer Success and Expanding the Network

With QBP’s backing, the NBDA P2 Program will expand to welcome new retailers into a community that values collaboration and continuous improvement. The P2 Program has a proven track record of success, with 100% of current members reporting increased net profits, improved marketing strategies, and enhanced service department performance.

This session will explore how the P2 Program drives profitability, operational efficiency, and overall growth for specialty bicycle shops.

Webinar attendees will hear from special guests Heather Mason (NBDA President), Todd Cravens (QBP’s VP of Business Development), and Mike Barnidge (QBP’s VP of Finance). They will also learn directly from current P2 Program members about the tangible benefits they’ve experienced, including increased net profits, enhanced marketing strategies, and service department improvements.
