Once you sign up, a mystery shopper will come to your store at an undisclosed time and follow up with a detailed report about their experience. The report includes information about website ease of use, telephone etiquette, experience as they walked up to your location, store welcome and layout, wait time, employee listening and explaining, suggesting add-on merchandise, handling objections, closing the sale, checking out, thanking the customer, etc.
