A day of focused discussion on e-mobility sales, service, and safety.

The National Bicycle Dealers Association (NBDA) is excited to announce the addition of E-Mobility Day to the 2025 Retailer Summit in Bentonville, Arkansas! Scheduled for May 22nd, this new event will focus entirely on e-mobility, an increasingly vital area for specialty bicycle retailers.

E-Mobility Day will feature expert-led discussions on e-mobility sales trends, service best practices, and critical safety protocols. Retailers will gain valuable insights into growing e-bike sales, servicing new technologies, and staying ahead of safety standards that protect both customers and businesses. E-BIke Tech Training with NWACC 5/20 and 5/21- Send your mechanics in for training while you are at the Summit, This intensive, two-hour hands-on training clinic is designed for professional and experienced bicycle mechanics who want to expand their knowledge and skills in the specialized field of electric bicycles. The course will cover a wide range of topics, from basic e-bike components and systems to advanced troubleshooting and repair techniques. Participants will gain practical experience working on real e-bikes, under the guidance of expert instructors.
