Our pedals are designed and assembled in our Nevers France factory, with pride and passion. We can be your primary pedal partner supplier. Pedals have been our passion since day one.
LOOK also makes boutique bike offerings that are works of art with purpose. Offer your riders something unique so their dream bike isn’t a clone of thousands of the same model from the major brands. Stock and custom builds are available, with real time inventory visibility on our B2B.
We operate with a few key tenants:
- No pre-season forced orders or mandated mix of products. Every store, every market is different, so we allow you to set your merchandise mix. We offer increased benefits for larger orders, no forced orders.
- We enforce MAP to the full extent legally possible. Online will never be perfect, but we take on the challenge.
- We strive for best in class after sales service and support, whether it’s warranty or service part orders, we carry service parts for products up to 5 years after obsolescence.
- We hold ourselves responsible and accountable for our promises, continuously push ourselves to improve, and welcome any constructive feedback.
