Description:This course of 4 one-hour sessions offers a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience for retailers seeking to enhance their business skills. This certificate track includes four essential sessions covering key areas: Financials, Marketing, Service Center Profitability & Inventory, and Goals & Accountability. Each session provides actionable insights and includes an adjoining worksheet to reinforce learning. Retailers are encouraged to join each virtual session from a dedicated working space to fully engage with the material. Each class will be a combination of a presentation by the instructor and a seminar format with Q&A. This will also allow participants to share and workshop their specific challenges if they choose.

Description:This course of 3 one-hour sessions will guide bicycle retailers through the many steps of recruiting, training, and retaining a staff that achieves success because is engaged and aligned with company values and vision. The classes will be a combination of a presentation by the instructor and a seminar format. This will allow participants to have some of their own specific challenges addressed if they want. There will be discussion questions distributed to participants prior to each session.
