Description: This course of 4 one-hour sessions will guide bicycle retailers through the many steps of recruiting, training, and retaining a staff that achieves success because is engaged and aligned with company values and vision. The classes will be a combination of a presentation by the instructor and a seminar format. This will allow participants to have some of their own specific challenges addressed if they want. There will be discussion questions distributed to participants prior to each session.
